We collect only what the community needs, keep contact details private and put you in control of public visibility.
Email addresses are never public
We use your email to manage your membership, submissions or partnership enquiry. It does not appear in the directory or showcase.
Profiles are opt-in
Your profile only appears publicly if you explicitly choose yes. Profiles are reviewed before publication.
You can leave
You can ask for your public profile and associated personal information to be removed by using the partnership contact form.
Submissions are reviewed
Problem, project and partnership submissions are stored privately for review. Public project pages never show the submitter’s email.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only while it supports membership, moderation, event or partnership work. Unsuccessful or inactive submissions are reviewed for deletion periodically.
Community data is not a prospecting list
Member information must not be scraped, exported or used for unsolicited marketing. Administrator exports are restricted and recorded.
